Verified sellers, not strangers
Every Qessaria seller must verify their identity before publishing a single product: a photo of the front and back of an official ID, and sometimes a short video showing a 4-digit code generated on screen to prove it's really them. Our team approves within 24 business hours.
The result: behind every shop is a real, identifiable person. On the shop page you'll find its rating, reviews, city and median shipping time — plus a 'Report' button to flag anything suspicious to our team.
You only pay on delivery
Cash on delivery (COD) is at the heart of Qessaria: you pay in cash only when the courier hands you the parcel, after you've checked it. You advance nothing online and need no card.
Shipping is 30 MAD per shop. Example: an item at 200 MAD from a single shop = 230 MAD handed to the courier. Card payment (CMI) is coming soon, and Qessaria never stores card data.
Negotiate the price, like at the souk
On many products, you can offer your price. Three modes exist: fixed price, manual negotiation (the seller replies), and auto-negotiable (instant reply — if your offer drops below their floor price, the system instantly returns a counter on the seller's behalf).
When you accept an offer, the negotiated price applies and the item moves to the cart at that rate. It's a Qessaria-specific advantage: you're not forced to pay the listed price.
Structured claims + your buyer reputation
If a parcel never arrives, arrives damaged, or doesn't match, you open a claim from your order (lost, false delivery, damaged, wrong item, not as described, change of mind). The seller has a window to respond, then our team arbitrates: refund, replacement, or a motivated denial.
Every delivered, paid order also earns you a reputation point. As you climb tiers (Beginner, Reliable, Expert), you unlock negotiation perks and sellers see your badge — a reliable buyer inspires trust.
In short, step by step
- 1Check the seller. On the shop page, look at the verified identity, rating and shipping time.
- 2Choose the product. Check the price, condition and photos; pick the size if offered.
- 3Negotiate (optional). On a negotiable product, offer your price before adding to cart.
- 4Enter delivery details. Add your name, phone and address, then choose cash on delivery.
- 5Receive and pay. Inspect the parcel on delivery, then pay the amount in cash to the courier.
