- 4Prepare the cash. Have the product price (or negotiated) + 30 DH delivery per shop ready.
- 5Check then pay. Inspect the parcel, then pay the amount in cash to the courier.

You order without paying anything online. The seller usually calls to confirm, prepares the parcel, then ships it. On delivery, you check the parcel matches your order, and only then do you pay in cash.
No bank card is required. It's the most reassuring method for a first purchase: you stay in control until the product is in your hands.
30 DH per shop, not per order
Shipping is 30 DH per shop ordered — because each shop runs its own delivery. If your cart combines two shops, you receive two parcels and pay 30 DH for each.
Example: 200 DH from one shop = 230 DH total. What you pay the courier is always the product price (or the negotiated price if you had an offer accepted) + 30 DH delivery, with no hidden fee.
From click to delivery: you track it all
After confirmation, you follow your order through notifications: confirmed, shipped, then delivered. When the seller marks shipping, they enter the carrier and tracking number where available.
Each seller's median shipping time is shown on their shop page, so you know what to expect before buying. Keep your phone reachable: both seller and courier may call you.
If the parcel has a problem
Inspect the parcel on delivery. If it's damaged, fake or not as described, open a claim from your order. For a damaged, wrong, or not-as-described item, photos are required and speed up the review.
The seller has a window to respond; failing that, or in case of disagreement, our team arbitrates: refund, replacement, or a motivated denial. Only one claim per order.
