Create an account, open 'Become a seller', then submit a photo of the front and back of an official ID (national ID card, passport or licence). In some cases you're asked to film a short video showing a 4-digit code generated on screen, to confirm it's you.
Our team reviews within 24 business hours. Your documents are encrypted and stored privately, never shown publicly. Until your identity is approved, you can prepare your shop but not yet publish.
Publish fast: barcode and Instagram import
Once approved, choose your shop name, its category and your city. To create a listing in seconds, scan a product's barcode: Qessaria queries public databases (Open Food Facts, Open Beauty Facts, Google Books…) and pre-fills title, brand, description and photos.
You can also import your Instagram posts — by connecting your pro/creator account directly, or via a ZIP archive exported from Instagram (JSON format). Each product then goes through a quick moderation step before appearing in the souk.
0% commission, 100% yours
Qessaria takes no hidden commission on your sales: you keep 100% of the price. The platform only earns from optional services you choose to enable.
Your bank details are encrypted (AES-256-GCM) before being stored. Enable negotiation on your listings (manual or auto-negotiable) to close more sales without undercutting your floor price.
Manage orders, labels and claims
From your seller dashboard, you confirm orders, mark shipping with the carrier and tracking number, and print your shipping labels (single or in bulk).
If a buyer opens a claim, you get a notification and a window to respond — offer a refund, a replacement, or contest it. A good shipping time and positive reviews build your shop lastingly.
